No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

• Click on "See all Help Topics"
• Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
• Click "Continue without logging in"
• Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us"

As well as what danisoff has mentioned, it might be worth checking your PSN account to make sure there's nothing in the permissions that's causing a problem, like it being an underage account or so on.
