Can no longer contact EA advisors
I started a new case this morning to talk to someone about missing apex coins, he told me to create a new case and attach proof of purchase there. After I went to close this case as he told me to, I tried to look for another option to create a new case, I couldn't, so I looked for other ways to contact support and I can't even email, which was offered after guided support.
Does anyone know what's happening? Can you only make so many cases in a day or something? I have two from within the last 24 hours but both are closed.
