Thanks for getting back to me EA Aljo, it's actually super appreciated.
Sadly I did indeed open another ticket and was let down. It's just wholly bizarre to me that EA would prefer to leave me in a queue system for so many hours and close the ticket when I don't reply within 5 minutes - or atleast thats what I think happened? The chatbox doesnt appear me for me at all. EA provides us with good games. I like EA. I just don't like the current support system. With such a long time frame email makes more sense? Or I think it would? Chat doesn't even open for me
I did create another ticket BTW. I left the tab open and didn't hear any kind of notification. The ticket was closed after 3hrs and 30mins of waiting. I only knew after receiving an email.
