I purchased the "Sweet Allure" clothing kit for The Sims 4, but I paid for it using an account I no longer use.

Hey jelly_eri​,
In many cases you'll be able to refund eligible orders directly with these steps just by filling out a form.
If this was accidentally bought on the wrong account and it's not showing up using the form above, I would contact support directly so they can take a look at what other options may be available.
