Cannot reset password, EA will not help (unless you want to wait HOURS for them)

Unfortunately, if you don't have access to your account and cannot make any changes yourself, account-related issues like password recovery and email access can only be resolved by EA Help, as we're unable to assist with those through the EA Forums. We know the wait times have been unusually long, and that’s largely due to the beta releases this week, which have increased support demand.
