What are we supposed to do in this instance???
Do you still have the issue? I had the exactly same annoying problem. I then contacted them, and could chat (i think it was a bot) but with a secondary e-mail adress, which i had to verify with the code he send me; he then sended me a link to finally set a new password. it worked. it took some time, and it wasn't fun, but finally i could log in to my account. So thats how I solved the problem... I hope it will work for you aswell :)
