If the login loop is throwing a spanner in the works, let's try something to get past it. If you have a spare email address, try popping that in with a new password so you can log into EA Help and submit a help case. Once you've reconnected with the support advisor, you can share the details of the EA account you need help with, and they'll pick up where you left off last time from there.
