Can't Access Family Management

I haven't been able to go to my Family Management section of my profile for a very long time. It keeps giving me an error message, "Something went wrong. We ran into a technical issue. Try again later."

Any steps to correct? The automated chat bot is absolutely useless, and when I chatted with a human to review my account to see what's going on, they couldn't fix it and have apparently raised a ticket with technical......

Same problem for me, cant create a child account according to a message when logging in to EA to play the Sims 4, my son was attempting to play through steam and it seems I need a new account for him, but can't get one without adding one int he family management screen which is inaccessible and shows the 'We have encountered a technical error, please try again'
