Can't access my account - email is not longer available

I moved and had to change my internet provider and the address I was using doesn't exists anymore.
I thought I changed everything but my list was long and totally forgot ea. Arrgh!
I'm trying to recover my account and the games I payed for.

I had to create a new account to post this since everything I tried in the help section and every time, it's bringing me back to the log in page but it's impossible for me to log on.

I tried to open a ticket/case has a guest with all the infos I can provide but every time I clicked on submit, poooof, it's bringing me back to the log in page.

Is there any support still for ea or I'm stuck in a endless loop with a chatbot and should forget about my games?
Can I speak to someone somehow?
