Cant Change Email on Account due to it being Terminated

They only way im able to log onto this account is Via my psn network account because it is linked which i would like to remove but isnt possible due to me not being able to access the Linked accounts page because everytime i do it asks for a code sent to the email associated with it Which i cant access due to it being terminated What do i do and everytime I try to make a support thing it just doesnt work
