Cant get into my old EA account

    Hey yd9e4uo7icjq​,

    If your account isn't showing up on the website and it's been years since you last accessed it, there's a possibility that was disabled for inactivity. If you reach out to our support team directly, they should be able to help track down and update those account details as needed.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
