Can't link EA account to PSN Account
Hi, Getting error message saying my PSN account is already linked to an EA Account for bf*****@disabled.ea.com. Never had a email address like this. Can you please unlink?

I am having the same issue. The problem is that it has been over 10 years since I played Battlefield, and now I don't even have the old email account or phone number associated with it. I have a PS5 and a new account and can't link to EA because of silines from them. How about you clear all the older accounts of customers once they create a new one? Or at least make it simple for us to communicate with a human to take the necessary action.
I’m having the same issue and it seems there is no way to get in contact with anyone. I was on the live chat waiting for about 6 hours. It was 2am when they finally responded and it automatically disconnected because I was obviously sleeping. Has anyone been able to get this resolved?
SAME EXACT SCENARIO! 2am was when the AI contacted me and disconnected due to me being unresponsive from 2am to 3am....
Hey bro! I was finally able to get this resolved. You’ll have to stay on the chat and wait for someone to connect. Took me about 6 hours to finally chat with someone but they were able to unlink my account and I was able to relink it to my working account. Keep in mind you lose all progress you ever made in any EA games.
