Can't link EA account to PSN Account

Hi, Getting error message saying my PSN account is already linked to an EA Account for bf*****@disabled.ea.com. Never had a  email address like this. Can you please unlink?

Thank God im not the only one, ive been dealing with this **bleep** for 8 years
