Cant unlink EA account from steam

Hey,  I have this weird thing going on when trying to unlink my ea account from my steam account. this is an old account that I havent used in awhile. When I tried to unlink it from steam to link it...

Hi there, as you're unable to unlink the accounts yourself, I suggest that you contact EA Help so they can check what's going on with the account. Please click on this link, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and then click on "Contact Us" to get started.
