Community ManagerHey there, if you're having problems unlinking the accounts, you can find further instructions here. Should you need any help during this process, please scroll down to the bottom of that page, click on "Contact Us" and fill out the form. In the form topic, select "Update EA Account", that should give you the option to start a chat.
