Can't upload a profile picture; the option isn't there.
There is no option for me to select a file from my PC to upload a profile picture, I only can see the EA profile picture gallery.

Hi localmothlove,
Do you have an underage or teen account, by any chance? In that case, you wouldn't be able to upload a profile picture and would have to use a picture from the gallery.
I'm 16, but I was previously able to change my profile picture before because the one I have now is custom, so what gives? Did EA's policy get updated?

When were you last able to upload a picture from your PC, localmothlove?
And if it got changed without your doing, did you receive a notification or email?
