Yeah the thing is, this is not a new issue, you can open posts in the EA's own forums and see posts/complaints daiting back 9 years, and the issues still remain unresolved.

The need for speed Crew bug has been pointed out 4 years ago, no fix.

Multi-billion dollar organization btw, all they care about is money, customers/player base comes last if ever, and reputation is non existent. They make great games, only if they actually cared about the games and the player base to keep them update, fixed and playable. Not just money grabs.
