My old email which is from MAIL.BG isn't working and now ea wants a verification from this email, but i cannot enter i tried to write to the support but it could't help me. So how can i delete my old account and link my new account so i can start playing FC 2026 ultimate team? i am playing on ps5

If you're trying to delete the old account to link a platform connected there to a different account, that won't actually unlink the PS5 account. That would need to be unlinked first if you're trying to connect it to a new EA account.
Since you don't have access to that old account due to the email being inactive, our support team would need to try and verify other information about the account in order to help update that login email address. You can create a new case here or use your case history to resume a previous case to have another advisor take a look.
You can also check the steps to delete an account here, though keep in mind that won't allow access to the linked PSN.
