I played NFS No Limits from 2013 and my saved progress suddenly disappeared. After a few months I reinstall the game and they give me new CC ID and I am unable to login with the old ID. My saved game progress which I confidently remember never deleted by myself is gone. And EA didn't help... I'm heartbroken :(

If those steps don’t help, I’m afraid there isn’t anything else we can do from the forums side, as account recovery needs to go through the available EA Help recovery options.
