Disabled Account?

Trying to play Split Fiction with a friend. Won't let me log in to my EA account. I have only ever had 1 Xbox gamertag and 1 EA login. When I try to link my Xbox (which it was already linked previously) it's telling me that my gamertag is linked to account with email ending in disabled.ea.com  I have tried resetting password but I keep getting same error. How do I fix this? I can't seem to get any help from the AI chat and I can't find anywhere how to contact a human being. So frustrating. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    This is virtually impossible: from your help page, there is no way to file a ticket: you just get sent round in circles but there's never a "submit a ticket" button, ever.

    This is so infuriating :(

    I'm having the exact same issue. Unable to play Battlefront II online on PS5 as my psn is linked to a disabled account and it won't let me reset the password and I can't link it to my new EA account that I've had to create to try and get someone to talk to, to unlink it or reset it. This is maddening!

    I am stuck in this same position, but with my PlayStation account. It is aggravating beyond belief. This is the worst "support" that I have ever seen. They explicitly make it impossible to reach a human, have no customer service number, but playstation in a position where even if you call them. They send you back to EAgames
