Does anyone know how to get ahold of higher management at EA help?

I'm seriously at a loss. Now about 2 months ago at this point; I foolishly bought 2 sims expansion packs. Despite my EA app bugging out. I ended up being double charged. I had chosen PayPal pay in 4....

Hey LBonne24​ have you spoken with PayPal about this?

If you received an email about a chargeback being made then this would be the case and something that is a breach of our TOS.#
