Double charged for Sims 4 DLC. No response in three days from support.

I have been double charged for The Sims 4 DLC bundle (one of each type for ~£40) on Paypal. It has been taken out of my Bank and is not waiting on a charge. I submitted a case to support but havent ...

Hey there, 

I'm really sorry to hear you've been having problems requesting a refund. I see you mentioned you tried to contact support via chat but didn't get any replies. 

Do you have any pop-up or ad-blocker running on your browser? If yes, can you please try disabling it when trying to contact EA Help support via chat? If this fails to resolve the issue, please try a different browser or incognito mode.
