That sounds like a "KYC" (Know Your Customer) security question so that EA Help can confirm account ownership before making any amendments to the account. Unfortunately, if you're unable to pass the verification by providing the information they're requesting, they won't be able to edit the account since this is a security requirement.

I sincerely apologize if I do not know wether the information I gave from stuff I did 5 years ago was correct or not, really helpful you know?
