EA a simple email update!
I’ve recently come to find out that yahoo has deleted my email that’s tied to EA account. With that my old Xbox that was also linked to that EA account doesn't work and hasn’t worked in sometime. So now I play off my Xbox series x, obviously with my Xbox live account that I’ve always had. The issue is I can no longer access my email account because it’s been deleted and the only way to update my email is if I can some how resurrect my dead Xbox and be able to launch an EA game. These advisors claim my account is “impossible” to access and it’s just an oh well situation to them. Even tho my Xbox live account is linked to my ea account and I feel like that should be a way to prove I’m the account holder. I spent years and a good amount of money over those years and I can’t simply update my email. Microsoft was able to do it, no problem. So what’s the issue EA? Why does no one seem to try to find a solution? Should have something for people thrown into this situation.
