EA Account Hacked – Email & Phone Changed, Need Help

I need some advice. My email was hacked, and after that, my EA account was also compromised. The hacker changed both the email address and the phone number linked to my EA account.

I have already recovered my email, and all other services connected to it are back under my control. EA is the only account I still cannot recover.

I submitted several cases through EA Help, but nothing has worked so far. I have complete evidence that I am the original owner of the account, including proof of the old email that was changed, as well as a purchase history from Apex through Steam.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? What else can I do to finally get my EA account back?
