EA Account Hacked – Email Changed – Support Refuses to Connect Me to an Advisor
My original EA account was hacked and the email was changed.
I cannot recover it because verification codes go to the hacker's email. I have tried EA Help, NextStep, and Chat with us, but every route either redirects to login or says "This issue isn't supported by advisors."
I need to submit an account recovery ticket, but there is no working form or description field.
Can an EA community manager help me reach an actual support advisor or explain how to submit a recovery case without accessing the compromised account?
