I want to change my name in the highlighted section, but it won't change. How can I change it?

The name “Galatasarayfan” isn't changing

That's your nickname that you're trying to edit, right? If you click on your name in your friends list on the top right of the EA app and go to "My profile", you can click on "Edit Profile", which lets you change your nickname.
