I lost access to my EA account, I contacted support whom I though fixed the issue yesterday, I am unable to reach support the same way I did yesterday, I keep getting told to sign in, which I cannot do, this is after signing in as guest, I get stuck in an endless loop of not being able to get support, so I created a throwaway account to ask for help here

The chat with us window is greyed out for me, I have tried everything, different browsers, incognito mode, it just doesn't work for me
So you understand what I mean by greyed out, I also changed help topic to every thing possible, that "chat with us" part always remains greyed out
No solution on my end yet, my account is still inaccessible, because a hacker stole it
