God knows mate I don’t think it’s my email provider as I’ve recieved the email in the past with the same email provider also this was a brand new email address I used and I’m getin all the other emails for other games when sign up to it it’s just not recieveing the one from ea the .. welcome to your ea account one …. Does it matter if your receive it or not that certain email ? Because I get the verification codes and my email address is verified on the ea account and my preference are all ok . Thanks
