Thanks so much for explaining what you've tried so far. A few things stood out, could you help clarify some things about them?
- Password: When you went to change the password, what about it didn't work? Were you able to request a password reset link through? Were you able to update the password but not able to log in with the new password?
- Logged in on Browser: It's great that you're already logged in on the browser. Could you head to Account Information in your EA Account settings and double-check that the email registered to the account matches the email you're inputting into the EA app and is the same email address where the password reset is being sent out, too?
