EA Contact Form doesn't work and support sucks

Does anyone know how to get in contact with EA? Their help system sucks big time and when you eventually get to a contact form it doesn't work and the Submit button does nothing!

Hoping someone in the forums can help as impossible to actually reach out to EA for any issues! ☹️😭

I have purchased and redeemed a Battlefield 6 code but can't find anyway to actually now download the game and it's not showing up anywhere for me, but says the code has been claimed if I try to reenter it. Their rubbish help articles say to login to your account and redeem it and download the game but nothing in the my account area.
