EA Customer service

EA, please fix your customer service.

If you are making it unnecesarily hard (I should say impossible) for us to change linked accounts and other account info then atleast have some decent respond times and options to contact you.

Where do I even begin....

30 day wait to change your email adres again. Thats just outstanding insanity.

6 months, yes... half a year (read that again) to change a linked account. I have no words.... outrageous to say the least.

And why oh why is linking an account to my EA account a connection for life... I'm not marrying my playstation to EA?

Then there is also the fact that things don't even work properly. I unlinked my account as I couldn't play the BF6 beta as I thought I could link it to the right psn account as I have 2. But the information I change doesn't get processed. It says i'm still linked but I am clearly not as my psn doesnt show up on my linked accounts anymore. But when I want to link a psn account it says my account is linked💀.

Fix. Your. Customer service. Please.

Or even better make accountsettings accessible and userfriendly.
