Ea customer support

Honestly what is the point of even employing these people. Are you too scared to talk to a loyal customer of over 30yrs. After lodging a case about the gameplay and its daily decline. Each time I check on the case its been closed with no attempt to even make contact just a link to a survey you can't complete. But after 5 ea agents today and 3 case reopening today alone and 1 Microsoft agent. Microsoft are refunding me money spent on season passes and content purchase and the game I purchased that's labelled bf6 can be returned for refund. This is not bf6 its modern warfare 6. Enjoy your codslop

    Having played many EA titles over the last 30yrs never before have i seen a game of the year destroyed by its developers like i watched the unravelling of bf6. It's been over 3 months since ive played bf6 i miss it deeply. I'm glad that Microsoft refunded me for season passes and content purchased. I really hope you fixed the game so it was playable for who was left. As the changes made during the start of season 2 was enough for me and made the game unplayable for me. And nobody at EA truly cared. When I 1st started playing bf6 there was a few problems a quirks but most of the time it still was playable. After spending hours online trying to deal with ea customer support and leaving messages on the forums, I opened up a case with fair trading nsw and left it in there hands. As nobody cares at EA as proved when you let a loyal customer of over 30yrs walk away.

    Hey Leedaddy​ sorry to hear that you are frustrated and sorry for the late reply. If you open a number of cases, our team will close any duplicates as having info spread across multiple cases just causes confusion and things to be missed.
