Thanks for taking time to give us the context of the situation! Unfortunately, we are unable to support account-related requests here on the forums, this includes subscription handling, as we can't discuss account details.
In this case, the support team is the best contact to reach out to, which you have already done so that's great! Now it's only a matter of locating the correct email address, as that's the likely reason why you aren't seeing the games or subscription you own on the account you're currently signed into. If you haven't already checked, I'd try to sign into EA App using the email and account you're using to post on the forums. Since your forum username isn't one that's automatically generated, I suspect you're currently using an account that's already been established on the EA App, which might be the one holding your subscription.
