I have been trying to get ahold of EA support for 2 days and there is literally no link to select, I cannot get a person to speak with I cannot even contact an ai chat bot there is literally nothing I can do. I don’t know how you’re able to even get away with this legally.
I second this. I submitted a case at the beginning of May after finally getting through to a **bleep** with a person. They told me it would be escalated. After three weeks, I finally got a response essentially saying, "Hey! Sorry we forgot about you. What was your problem again?" I replied back, and today my case was closed without comment or reply. Impossible to get someone to help.
