Egyptian king evolution issue

Has anyone completed the Egyptian king objective and yet not able to use the evolution? 

I completed mine and tried to locate it to see what RW I can use it on and I can’t find it and when I look in the objective completion shows I need to get the evolution objective fist before I can use it?
