Being kicked out and counted as a loss
IT IS GETTING BLOODY FRUSTRATING. I won a game in TOTS ligue 4-0 and after the final whistle I was kicked out of UT while my connection was still there and after flushing dns, reinstalling anticheat I played another game and after going 2-0 up my opponent left the game and it kicked me out again and counted both as losses and giving me DNF message when I’m back. Hi Community Managers, I am a dedicated player (playing 4+ hours daily) and recently my account was permanently banned for "cheating/automation." However, this is a clear System False Positive. Context: I was racing against the deadline for the 'Sweep & Supply' Evolution for my player BACH. To complete the tasks (specifically the Attacker Round Out stages), I had to play approximately 40 matches within a very short window. The Issue:I played these matches manually in Squad Battles on Beginner difficulty. Because the AI is non-aggressive, I would score a goal and then rest (inactivity), which the automated system likely flagged as "bot behavior." Evidence:I have attached the screenshot of the final BACH Evolution I was aiming for. My account currently has this BACH in an active Evolution slot. I have already appealed (Case #244786900), but I received a template rejection that clearly ignored this visual proof. A bot or coin-seller would not spend 40+ hours building a specific Evolution player. I am requesting a Community Manager to help escalate this for a GENUINE human review. PLEASE elaborate on HOW your company costs billions and yet you make an AI this bad. The opponents team in better than prime Barca and real Madrid combined, while ours is like are babies with down syndrome that just got smashed by a **bleep** sledgehammer. The pure difference on the levels of AI from mine and my opponents team is like the distance from hell to heaven. Not only AIs, also the call button doesn't work. Might aswell be going to space on a cardboard rocket, as that has a higher chance of working than the call button. Not only that, but explain how the other team can have 4 levels 90s, AIs better than the prime of every team ever to exist, can still be stuck in the rock bottom of the lowest division possible. Ontop of that hell, the settings change automatically. Put in on automatic shooting (AS ANOTHER THING DOESNT WORK, PRECISION JUST DOESNT HAVE PRECISION) and the next second it goes back to precision. I’m extremely frustrated with the current EA Javelin anti-cheat implementation. The game crashes with 0xC0000005, while every other application and game on my PC works normally. The issue appears to be related to the anti-cheat conflicting with legitimate software such as VPN/virtual network adapters, which I need for work. This is unacceptable from a user experience perspective. A paying customer should not have to troubleshoot Windows services, drivers, Secure Boot, VPN adapters, and event logs just to launch a football game. If the anti-cheat blocks or crashes the game, it should clearly explain which exact component is causing the issue instead of failing with vague errors like “Faulting module unavailable.” Please improve EA Javelin diagnostics and compatibility. Right now, the anti-cheat feels like the main problem, not the solution. Hello, I’m posting my case because I don’t know what else to do regarding the Transfer Market being locked on the Web App / Companion App in EA Sports FC 26. I started Ultimate Team from scratch with a new club after linking my PlayStation Network account to a different EA account (an old one I had, since I can no longer use my previous EA account). Since then, I’ve been playing normally. I have completed absolutely all the requirements that are usually needed to unlock the Transfer Market: - More than 115 matches played in Ultimate Team - More than 6 active days (the game even rewarded me with XP for this) - Transfer Market fully unlocked and working in-game on PS5 (I can buy, sell, bid, relist, etc.) - I have played all Ultimate Team modes: - Division Rivals (currently Division 4) - Squad Battles - FUT Champions (in previous weeks) - Draft (played recently) - Friendlies (Ultimate Team) - I have also played Rush - I have completed basic objectives, SBCs, opened packs, and actively managed my club Despite all of this, the Transfer Market on the Web App and Companion App is still locked with the message that I do not yet have access. I have contacted EA Support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same response: to keep playing and that access is granted automatically. However, I have already done everything they suggest. It has now been several days (well beyond 72 hours since the market was unlocked in-game), and nothing has changed. From what I’ve researched, this might be related to switching the EA account linked to my PSN, and that the system may not have correctly applied Web App access. My questions are: Has anyone experienced this and managed to fix it? Is there any real way to trigger the unlock, or is it just a matter of waiting? Could this be a validation bug on EA’s side? I usually don’t leave feedback or reviews for anything in my life — whether it’s restaurants, stores, or anything else. But I felt the need to leave a review for a game I’ve been playing since FIFA 12. After FIFA 17, I took a break and came back for FIFA 22. All I really have to say is that whoever is involved with the gameplay on Ultimate Team is a pathetic group of people. I don’t even care to elaborate on why the gameplay is terrible, because you guys used it as the focal point of EAFC 26’s promotion, so you’re clearly aware of what the community wants. You guys really release nothing but dog **bleep** since 22. I really do hope a competitor is able to put you guys out of business. I'll be there for your downfall. If you guys finally decide to make a good game, good on you. But I won't be there for it. It is such a shame that I know (because trust me, I know) you won't make a good game until there is a competitor that'll threaten to take money out your pockets. That is when you guys will finally decide to put "some" effort into your game. On a positive note, thank you guys for the good games that you guys made. Why have a progressing total in Squad Battles, why not just have a total at the start of the week so people know what to aim for, play all your SB on Monday and you are in the top 100 then by Sunday you have dropped to Elite 2 or 3. Is this so you can add more points progressively in case more people reach Elite 2 and get punted back down to Elite 3 then people get less rewards . Plus if you play all your matches on a Sunday or Monday as soon as you reach Elite 2, then the rest of the Squad Battles are scripted even more to make it harder. Best thing to do is play them all on a Saturday night as the scripting is not as bad because you don't reach Elite 2 so quickly.203Views0likes4CommentsMassive in game lag
The game lags badly in online modes. This is not a regular occurrence. I can have a whole day of smooth gameplay and fun, then the next day any FUT or online game mode feels like I am playing in sand. The whole game feels heavy and laggy, and it stutters at intervals. One second it is fine, the next it is lagging and dropping performance, then it suddenly speeds up again. It is extremely annoying. I keep saying "one more game" after switching from 5G WiFi to fibre, and it is still the same. When I leave Ultimate Team and go to normal Kick Off, it is snappy and responsive. I have quit 5 or 6 games today because it feels different every time I try. It is really frustrating. This is asides the other nonsense where, I'd win a match, then at the end of the match, instead of seeing win, I get EA servers unable to be reached and I'm still online, it just takes me to home page and I enter back unlike the unable to connect error My PC specs: RTX 4060 32GB DDR5 5200MHz Gen 4 SSD 240Hz monitor I play on medium settings, sometimes optimized by Nvidia. This company is honestly worth nothing at this point, and the only way people can actually affect them is by stopping buying their products altogether. So on May 1st I received a completely undeserved transfer market ban without doing anything wrong. I played for another couple of days, but because of how disappointed I was with the gameplay, the ban itself, and especially how my appeal was handled, I uninstalled the game from my PS5. Today I saw the free PS Plus Icon pack and thought, “why not give it another try?” I went in telling myself I’d just play casually and not get annoyed. Of course, the problems somehow felt even worse. I played 4 matches. Lost 2 despite leading in both, won 1, and then came the last match—the one that genuinely made me realize this game can always sink lower. I entered the match and immediately something felt strange about how my players were positioned, but I ignored it. My opponent barely seemed to move. I scored quickly anyway, and right after the goal the opponent paused the game. It instantly showed that he resumed the match. But then I got stuck watching the replay of my own goal infinitely. I couldn’t press anything, couldn’t skip, couldn’t move. While staring at the replay, I noticed the scoreboard suddenly showed 2–1 for my opponent in the 15th minute, even though for me the match had only reached the 3rd minute. Then I received a warning saying I was inactive and would lose the match if I didn’t move. I kept watching the scoreboard change in the background: 45th minute, now 3–1 for my opponent, while I was still trapped in the replay screen. Eventually the game resumed and suddenly I could play again. Once again, my opponent wasn’t moving much, I equalized quickly, and immediately he paused again. Same thing happened: endless replay, frozen controls, scoreboard showing him taking the lead again while I couldn’t do anything. No matter what I pressed, nothing worked. Eventually I got disconnected for inactivity and lost the match. At that point it became obvious the opponent was using some kind of exploit or cheat. So my question is: how much longer can EA keep disrespecting its players like this? I’ve played this franchise for 20 years. I’ve invested money into it. I even still have a Season Pass I can’t properly use because of a completely unjustified transfer market ban, yet actual cheaters can apparently manipulate matches and nothing happens to them. Trying to contact support is honestly one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever seen. There isn’t even a proper in-game reporting system for serious issues. But sure, if someone has an “offensive club name,” suddenly that’s the priority. Well the new update 1.5.6 just ruined the game very high cpu and gpu usage even in low graphics in 1080p resolution. Game stutter constantly during rivals. They fixed the issue in previous updates and now it's broken again. It's like we are playing beta version of game. Hello, My PC account has been completely locked out of Ultimate Team for over 30 hours. Right after finishing my last match in the Ultimate Gauntlet mode, the game instantly disconnected me and kicked me back to the main menu. Since then, I cannot enter Ultimate Team at all. It either loops indefinitely or throws a connection error. My PC files are clean, EA App cache is cleared, and my network has been reset, but nothing helps.
