EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC
Whenever i want to play fc26 this error occurs. I cannot connect to EA server no matter how hard I try. It has been like this for the past week but at least the first few days I was able to log in eventually after trying for 30 mins. These 3 days, no matter how hard I try I am unable to log in. I have tried: Repairing the game Restarting my router Logging out and in of Steam/EA Uninstalling and reinstalling the whole game Nothing works and EA server website still says the server is online. Hello EA Community Team, I’m posting this after being advised by EA Help chat to report the issue here, as my case was marked “No fix available,” despite the agent confirming that my account exceeds the normal requirements for Transfer Market unlock. Account activity summary: • Active since November • Regular gameplay across Rivals, Squad Battles, Co-op, and SBCs • Rivals Wins: • 10 wins – completed • 25 wins – completed • 50 wins – completed • Currently 51+ Rivals wins • SBCs completed • Squad Battles and other modes played regularly • No bans, no warnings, no coin transfers, no rule violations The EA Help agent explicitly confirmed in chat that: • My activity level meets and exceeds what the system normally looks for • Over 50 Rivals wins is already more than sufficient for typical Transfer Market unlock progression Yet, the Transfer Market remains locked with no explanation and no estimated resolution. This makes Ultimate Team progression extremely difficult, especially when: • Rewards include many loan players • SBC and squad management are heavily restricted without market access • There is no in-game indicator of what is still missing I am asking for: 1. A manual review of my account for Transfer Market eligibility 2. Clarification on what exact requirement is still not met, if any 3. Or confirmation that this is a known bug affecting certain accounts I’m happy to provide any additional details if needed. They are almost incapable of defending long shots even when they are easily anticipated. Please adjust the goalkeepers to be a bit more defensively intuitive to easily anticipated shots. I’m facing constant mid-match disconnections in EA SPORTS FC online modes (Seasons/UT/CO-OP/Friendlies), very often at half-time and sometimes randomly. Error says I’m disconnected from EA servers, but my internet remains fully active. Platform: PS5 This has happened across multiple titles (EA FC 24 and EA FC 26). Before posting here, I have exhaustively ruled out local/network issues. I have tested wired Ethernet and Wi-Fi with the same result, multiple DNS providers including ISP default, Google, Cloudflare, Quad9 and OpenDNS, NAT Type always shows Type 2, UPnP enabled, DMZ configured, and a stable connection with no issues in other online games such as COD and GTA. I have also optimized router settings specifically for EA FC requirements. This issue is exclusive to EA FC and persists despite everything above, so it cannot reasonably be blamed on my ISP or home network. The disconnects frequently happen during match state changes, especially at half-time, which suggests a session-handling problem. Is anyone else experiencing the same pattern? I think this might be the 5th post I have personally made about this issue whilst noticing more and more pop up from other people. Hopefully this can act as some Megathread on the topic. As it’s getting beyond a joke how many people are getting ignored. Let me explain EXACTLY what the issue is we face. 4 of us play in person, with edited teams, which we edit ourselves using club transfers. We also edit players to previous versions on themselves (to make them better) At the beginning of this game (and FC25 which also had the exact same issue but was fixed - how can it be RE-BROKEN…madness) me and my mates move the players around to our desired teams. In order to maybe get a chance of a reply let me spell out exactly what happens. The teams that are edited are. Player 1: Man City, Newcastle, Spurs, Girona, PSG, Monaco, Leipzig, Palace Player 2: Rangers, Dortmund, River Plate, Fiorentina, Wolfsburg, Union Berlin, Napoli, Fenerbache Player 3: Man U, Atletico, Lyon, Bayern, Arsenal, Ajax, Salzburg, Frankfurt Player 4: Real Madrid, Barca, Kiev, Marseille, Benfica, Sporting, LA Galaxy, Villarreal. The main issue of the game is, when you, for example, on Kick Off mode, select Man City vs Newcastle, you select the home kit, then the away kit, the minute you click X on the away kit, it crashes. This happens with the vast majority of combinations of the edited teams. Weirdly if you go onto Champions League Mode it allows Man U vs Man City without crashing but no others. You can play using kick off mode if you use one edited team and one normal team (or even an edited team with less players moved to it) The second issue is, if you go onto Team Sheets, my default team is Man City. Press right to go to Newcastle, the game crashes. Navigate through menus to another of the teams we use. The game crashes. You simply cannot edit the team sheets of your created teams. The third issue is, after a certain amount of time, when moving players between our created teams using club transfers, it stopped working and If you try to move players between clubs, the game crashes. This is not 100% consistent, sometimes it allows, sometimes it doesn’t. This is a new issue that didn’t happen on FC25. These three issues stop us conducting a decade long tradition of simply creating our own squads, meeting up in person and using kick off mode on 2 TVs at the same time. The only way we are currently able to play is spending hours at a time figuring out a way to use league mode with our teams (as even the fixtures created in those are not consistent) Loads of people have reported very similar issues and nothing has been done. We are being ignored and watch more and more updates come out without resolving the issue. As I say. It was resolved on FC25 so we know it can be fixed. We play locally and edit teams to make custom squads. We have done this for years on FIFA and there was never an issue until FC25 where the game crashed after you edited teams and tried to play The issue was fixed FC25 in January. To our disbelief the issue is back in FC26. Please note that I have played a lot of games in the ultimate gauntlet 8 Demo and I should already complete the objective. There are MAJOR issues in the Edit Teams Tab. When you make club transfers it locks the team and you are unable to make changes in the team sheet. Also unable to save team sheets even if you save them in squads. These problems also travel over to career mode and tournaments. I am livid that this problem has accrued in EAFC 25 and in EAFC 26. $140 dollars down the drain. I want accountability for these horrible mistakes and also want to know if this is being looked at or not, with any solutions in the future. EA, This issue is very frustrating at the moment. Win, lose, or opponent quits, I am getting the same message - ‘EA servers unable to process request’ (or to that affect). Game is not registering, and then I get kicked out of Ultimate Team. None of the wins/objectives are registering, all other game modes seem to be fine. I’ve also cleared out all my squads from within the WebApp (solution some people have said works for them), but it has not solved the issue. Please provide a fix for me/provide compensation. Im playing the Gauntlet mode. After every game I get thrown out to the main menu getting the message "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu" or "The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later." I can log straight back into Ultimate Team and the match doesnt count in the Gauntlet, Evolutions, or Objectives, but i get a match played on each player. I have purchased an EA play membership through Steam today. Game won't launch, with the error message that my computer is not connected to the internet, but it clearly is. The update to career mode ai has completely broken and ruined squad battles. Might work on authentic but clearly doesn't on competitive, this must not have been tested and if it was then please fire those testers, they are clueless. Since I hate the online gameplay this year I decided to just build my evo team and chill, casually, in squad battles but that is beyond a joke now. A silver 71 rated, 3 chem team just passed the ball around like prime Barcelona. They had 70% possession and did not attack once. Every time i get a player within 5 feet of their player with the ball they pass sideways or back. At 2-0 down they were passing on halfway line and in their final third. You spend most of these squad battles games chasing shadows and waiting for them to make a mistake, not a single moment of enjoyment left in the one mode I could play casually and enjoy. Are you going to change squad battles ai back to how it was or change it back in some way? I'm going to need an answer on this @EA anyone because if you are then I'll keep playing but if not please at least say so on this post so I can move to a different game.2.5KViews31likes165Comments
