Email Hacked.

Hello, recently I found out my email on my main account has been changed to a very weird one. I don't know when this happened as I signed in with my gmail and still worked, please any EA Staff please...

    Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account and changed the associated email address. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account under your control.

    Afterward, please use the Contact Us button at the bottom of that page to get in touch with our live support team for assistance recovering the account and correcting altered account information. I'm afraid we can't support this process here on the forums, as it involves discussing private account details. 

    It'd also be worth following the recommended security steps from your email provider and the platform accounts linked to the hacked EA account, just to be safe.

    I can't anymore It's asking me for a code but im logged into the app

      Marco​ In that case, it'd be best if you contact our live support team directly to recover the account first. If you're unable to sign in, feel free to use the 'Continue as guest' option instead.
