Email issues

Hello,

I need help with my EA account for The Sims 4.

The email address I used to create my account was a Freemail address, but it has been deleted, so I no longer have access to it. Because of this, I cannot receive the verification code required to change my email address.

I would like to update my account to a new email address, but I am unable to do so without access to the old one.

Please help me recover my account and change the email address.
