Email issues

Hello EA

Since I created my account in 2020 I have had a number of problems such as email issues and problems with my clubs and FC seasons pass in FC 26. The first issue is that it does not send me an email for verification, so I can’t change my password or any of my settings. I am pretty sure that my FC 26 issues are related to this problem because if I could access my settings, then I would be able to possibly fix this. Any help would be nice for temporary and permanent solutions. Thank you

    Hey LeoD0802​, 

    If you're not receiving a verification email from us, can you please give the following troubleshooting steps a try: 

    • Navigate to your inbox Settings > Junk Mail (for Hotmail) or Settings > Filters and Blocked (for Gmail) and make sure [email protected] is a safe sender or an unblocked address
    • Locate an email from [email protected] and allow images to be displayed
    • Send a reply to an email from [email protected]


    If you're still facing issues, it might be worth connecting with live support to make sure that the email associated with your EA account is correct, or for help changing the email address altogether.
