error connecting to ultimate team

Are you having issues with any other game mode, or only with Ultimate Team? Are you able to connect to your account via the web/companion app?

If you can log in through the apps, can you try deleting your active squad (Not the players! Just the squad itself) and remaking it before logging in via your console again?

Is anyone else having issues connecting to ultimate team? Saying not possible at the moment? I’m in the uk. Thanks

I have the same bug I think it’s because I used the switch user glitch 3 times only but I think 3 times isn’t enough to get me banned because other users use it for more but now I am stuck with it without a mail from them for saying I am banned or something

There are a few things you can try to solve this issue:

• Can you try going into the companionapp/webapp and deleting your squad? (Not the players themselves! Just the squad.)
• Can you try the steps in this article and let me know if that solves the issue?

Also, just to check, what platform do you play on?

I play on PS5 in the uk 

Just tried this and it let me back into ultimate team!!!!  Don’t understand how but thanks a lot for your help👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
