Error linked account

keep getting this error, any idea how to fix this? I go to unlink and it shows I dont have my EA account linked anywhere, I try to link to my playstation and it gives me this message

    It looks like your PlayStation is linked to an old, disabled EA account. That's not something we can help with here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they'll be able to take a look at this for you.
