Error message; EA ID is invalid
I have tried to generate a account for my son using EA App, but EA App tells me that my "EA ID is invalid". How can I resolve this issue?

You can only resolve the issue by using a valid EA ID/an EA ID that is not already in use. When you create an EA ID, it should also mention what kind of characters are allowed. Usually, it's only letters and numbers.
