Error when linking Xbox account

I am getting the error when trying to link my Xbox account. I am trying to install a game from the Xbox game pass, but am unable to do so for this reason. Please help.  "Your accounts can’t be linke...

    Hey QuitsGoose,

    It looks like you're linked to a disabled EA account. You can restore it by resetting the password on it, but if that either isn't working or you don't know what the original email address might be, then I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.
