False Positive Ban on Apex Legends after manually installing new drivers

We can’t confirm from the forums whether the NVIDIA driver installation or overlay was related to the action. We also can’t review gameplay footage, NVIDIA support records, overturn the ban, or escalate an individual appeal.

Appeals are reviewed by the Terms of Service Team through the official process:

Check and appeal EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

Although the emails use standard wording, appeals are reviewed by team members rather than automatically decided by a bot.

Since you’ve already submitted another appeal, we recommend waiting for that review instead of creating duplicate cases with the same information.
