fc26 web transfer marekt and companion app (fc27)

Hi dear friends. I need to access website for transfer market and almost i played for 2 weaks for my new account. but i dont still have access. i want to know is fc27 appreoved already for others? so why EA dont let me join the site. i dont have any violation and penalty also I have played every day for hours online.thanks alot
