Gift code from EA Creator was redeemed

I recently received a code for The Sims 1 from an EA Creator Network giveaway at Facebook fanpage, but when I tried to redeem it, I got a message saying that the code had already been used. I have not previously claimed this pack, and I believe there may be an issue with duplicate or invalid codes.

Here are the details:

    Code received: [CODE REMOVED FROM PUBLIC VIEW BY CM]
    Error message: "This code has already been redeemed."
    Platform: EA App

I have also received a replacement code from the EA Creator, but it encountered the same issue. Could you please verify the code and provide a valid one? I can provide additional details or screenshots if needed.

    Hello, thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I’m unable to contact EA Help directly because there’s no available option for code redemption issues on the support page.

    When I try to submit a case, I don’t see any way to start a live chat or email EA Support regarding this issue. What should I do in this case?
