Hacked

Hi,

 

Someone has managed to instal an app on my android and stole all the passords for one of my emails. 

 

So now im not able to access my EA account as i had to flag my own phone number as scam as well as my email adress.

 

I need assistance and can provide documents proving its my account, i need to contact EA SUpport but they insist that i Log in with the compromised account which obviously i cannot.

    Hey there, 

    You can contact EA Help even if you can't access your compromised main account. Once you do, please explain the situation and let them know you're trying to recover that account. Unfortunately, we can't help with compromised accounts here in the EA Forums.
