Help Needed: EA Data Download Stucked!

I have been trying to download my EA data for the past 21 hours buh it seems to be stuck at " preparing your data " .. any help with that?

    Hey wynieel​ it can take a little time for this to be complete. 

    Best thing to do is to give it some time and check back periodically.

    If nothing is showing as ready to download after a day or two, then please get back to us.
