Help Request: trying to link EA account to PS4

Im trying to link my EA acount to my PS4 when I try to log on to my PS4 it says my credentials are expired and to reset my password did that twice but the same message comes up, when I try to link my account through the EA website it says the account linked to my PS4 is 68*****@disabled.ea.com. which I can assume means the account is deactivated I need help unlinking that account to the one that works I used the EA help website and my case has been open for 2 hours now the live chat has been stuck at 3 minutes for an hour now
